How we work with our clients

We have both been working individually with clients, in small groups and weekly classes for over 25 years! We specialised in women’s fitness specifically and hypopressives these last 8 years and enjoy spending our time educating others on the benefits of Hypopressives, Pilates, Post op recovery, Stretching and mobility for pain relief and much, much more.

Your consultation is unique to you, we tailor make this session to suit your needs. We get the best results seeing people one to one initially as it gives us the opportunity to really tune in and listen to them, check movement, and guide them so that they start to see the results they desire.

Goals and results vary so widely from client to client.  Some want to just be able to leave the house without fear of leaking in public to “I want to build strength in my muscles” to help boost metabolism and improve muscle tone to “I want to increase my flexibility for running.”

Our knowledge and experience are vast and we are well versed in the issues facing women during all stages of life from years of working amazing individuals. We can share so much information with our clients and help them regain a healthy connection in their bodies and achieve lifelong good habits to continue to improve their health and wellbeing.

A tailored exercise plan guided by a specialist is always the best option over a generic programme written for a twenty something with no core weakness, prolapse or joint and muscle pain.

How we get you started.

Book an initial consultation so we can meet, chat, find out more about you, look at how you move, listen to any problems you have had in the past and then get you started with a few exercises depending on your requirements. We will then send you your personal exercise plan so you can get started. This may be Hypopressives practice, or posture awareness, or glute strengthening exercises.

Your follow up session is a chance to check progress, reassess symptoms and take the next step with you to reaching your goals.  This includes a check in to see how you have been getting on and then check in on technique, introduce new exercises and adapt your plan depending on your time and availability to work on your programme. We can then talk about the next step for you this could be further sessions or a path towards small group coaching so you leave with a plan of action.

Our sessions can be done either in person or online so we can work around you.

Get in touch if you want to chat more about how we can help you.
