The foundation of our coaching is the Hypopressive core training method which we use with hundreds of women to strengthen their core, pelvic floor and improve prolapse symptoms. From this revolutionary technique, we add on Pilates, stretch and mobility work, Yoga, strength training and more to give you all the tools you need to help you get back your body confidence.
So, how do I start?
We teach women the Hypopressive technique as part of a one-hour consultation with a 45 minute follow up.
- A one-hour one to one initial consultation on zoom or face-to-face, where we:
- Assess your abdominals for any gaps and check your posture
- Talk about your issues and discuss your fitness goals
- Teach and train you the basic techniques of Hypopressives,
- Afterwards, we will email you an exercise sheet with a breakdown of what we did, so you can continue your training at home.
The follow up:
- is 45 minutes via zoom or face-to-face, around 4 weeks after your initial consultation.
- During the follow up we will refresh you in training, check your technique, discuss results and give you some further exercises.
We do have our fitter floor and core or mummy rebuild courses should you prefer to work online at home. But we do recommend having a consultation first to get the very best results.
