However, I really felt I had found where I was needed the most when I fell pregnant with my first child. I noticed a severe lack of information available for women with specific or
So, Sarah and I decided to team up and use our already combined 40 years of fitness experience – alongside some new training in Hypopressives – to work on developing an exercise regime to help these women who really seemed to be left out in the cold. I absolutely LOVE my job and LOVE helping women regain confidence back in their bodies.
Our goal is to build a tribe of stronger, happier and more confident women all over the world. So watch out, we’re coming for you.

I went back to teaching Bodycombattm and Bodyjamtm amongst other classes just six weeks after my first daughter was born and five weeks after my second little girl was born, not
