Since moving to Devon in 2020, Lizzie has been offering online consultations and in the last year has introduced in-person consultation and introductions courses to hypopressives.
We recommend that you start your Hypopressive training with the initial consultation package. This includes 2 1 hour face-to-face appointments.

Initial Appointment
In the first session we will talk a lot about you, your symptoms, diagnosis if you have one, overall health and well-being information and what you are looking to achieve. We then assess your posture and breathing patterns and get an overall view of where you are at now. We will then get you started on the basic breathing technique for Hypopressives so you can get started straight away.

Second Appointment
This appointment will be approximately four weeks after the initial appointment. We will reassess you to see how things are looking, any improvements etc. We will then revisit your technique and see how that is looking.
Depending on how you are getting on will depend on how much we progress you. It is so important to get the basic breathing technique first and then start to include different postures to try it in.
After your second appointment, we will discuss your training options based on what we feel would be best for you to continue helping you towards your goals.

Our dedicated studio is situated in Great Torrington, North Devon. We know Devon is a huge county and it may be too far for you to drive to see me. In this case we still offer successful online sessions to women all around the world and have had the same positive results this way as face to face so don’t panic, there’s always a way we can help you.

About Us

We are two busy Mums who have worked in fitness for over 20 years. We started our Fit Mummy classes almost 10 years ago to help women stay strong and healthy during pregnancy, followed by our popular Mummy Rebuild core rehab courses for once the baby arrived.
We soon realised that more women needed our help and not just postnatally. There is a real lack of core rehab options available to help women with prolapse diagnosis, pelvic floor weakness, post abdominal surgery - like hysterectomy - and especially the transition through menopause when symptoms that have not been that bad start to get worse.
Our main focus for core and pelvic floor rehab is to use hypopressives, then to add Pilates and stretches to get the core to function properly again.
We will support you, motivate you and we have lots of ways to help you keep on track with your rehab but at the end of the day you will need to make a commitment to yourself and your pelvic health to spend some time fixing it.
However, this doesn't have to take more than 10 minutes a day. Above all, consistency is key to improving these issues.
