Welcome to Trimester One
Pregnancy is so individual. Some women just glow, and others just feel rubbish. You can work with this and in our experience it can help some symptoms.
Around this time, you will probably have sore breasts, fatigue, food cravings (not usually good food either), frequent urination, nausea and possible vomiting.
Hooray, and who said pregnancy wasn’t fun?
Just kidding. Our point is, you are not alone and don’t push it, just embrace it. There are so many chemical changes going on at this time you don’t want to be doing too much but if you feel good, capitalise, as it should have a knock-on effect and hopefully boost you up for the day.
