Don't Panic

Results show themselves in many ways and on our courses, we find the feedback and can vary massively.

For some ladies they lose centimetres from their waists, others don’t, but feel stronger ‘down there’. Others say “I just feel better in myself and I’m now ready to go back to standard exercise without worrying”. See our testimonials page for more inspiring stories.

So, go grab that piece of paper where you wrote down your goals, did a posture assessment, and rec check and let’s see how you are doing.

Again, this is not the end, we suggest you keep with the programme alongside your other training to keep the strength you have gained. Remember the pelvic floor is a muscle and, like all other muscles needs, to be worked to stay strong. At least now you should be able to get back to some non-embarrassing impact moments.
