Monday Hypopressive Express with Sarah – 15 Mins

15 minutes Hypopressives. You must have completed your initial training to join this class

Tuesday Express Weights with Sarah- 30 Mins

Tuesday 30th May 7:30pm

Using a variety of weights for a whole body workout.

Tuesday Pilates with Sarah- 1 hour

Tuesday 30th May 8.05pm

Pilates moves to strength and mobilise. We may use pilates balls or bands in this class

Wednesday Combat with Sarah – 45 Mins

Wednesday 31st May at 9:30am

Cardio and light weights workout using martial arts based moves.

Wednesday Morning Pilates with Lizzie – 45 Mins

Wednesday 31st May 10.30am

Wednesday Express Stretch and Tone with Lizzie – 30 Mins.

Wednesday 31st May at 7:30pm

Love a slower pace class which focuses on stretch, strength and tone then this class is for you.

Wednesday Evening Core Control Hypopressives & Relaxation – 45 Mins

Wednesday 31st May at 8:05pm

You must have attended your initial Hypopressive training to attend this class.

Thursday NEW Lunchtime Pilates with Sarah – 45 Mins.

Using light hand weights and bands interval training.

You must have complete your basic Hypopressive training before attending this class.
