Suitable for women with Pelvic Organ Prolapse learn how to reduce abdominal pressure, posture and breath in Pilates to help your prolapse symptoms. This class is also suitable for women with pelvic health issues like pelvic floor dysfunction. Cannot join live then we will send you the link to the recording.

Wednesday NEW TIME Stretch & Tone Lizzie – 30 Mins.

Love a slower pace class which focuses on stretch, strength and tone then this class is for you.
