We have worked with women just like you for more than five years who want to:
- Improve pelvic floor strength,
- reduce prolapse symptoms,
- recover from abdominal surgery,
- looking for postnatal recovery,
- improve abdominal separation or diastasis recti

We have both been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have never seen any courses like this, dedicated to addressing your specific issues.
What you will cover
- An introduction to us, who we are, what we do and how we help women just like you.
- Explanation and demonstration of our hypopressive technique, focussing on the what, how and why.
- A practical session where with our guidance, you will try the basics of the technique yourself.
- Questions and Answers and the opportunity for you to discover exactly how we can help you, with your specific issues!
